Pablo Sugastti

Mr. Pablo Sugastti, a graduate in Electrical Engineering, is an outstanding executive with an extensive and diversified career in the energy industry. As General Manager at Landis & Gyr INEPAR in Curitiba, Brazil, Mr. Sugastti led the company and also represented it in Paraguay, expanding its influence in the South American market. Subsequently, as Director of Works and Projects for Third Party Contractors at ANDE, he focused on Electric Substation and Distribution Systems projects, where his leadership was crucial for the development and modernization of the electric infrastructure.

In 2006, he joined General Electric Hydro INEPAR do Brasil in Campinas, Brazil, as Representative in Paraguay and Project Manager for the Revitalization of the Acaray and Yguazú Hydroelectric Power Plants. These projects not only strengthened the region’s energy capacity, but also underscored his commitment to sustainable development and technological innovation in the hydropower sector.

Mr. Sugastti also played a significant role in the oil sector as President of Petróleos Paraguayos PETROPAR, where his management focused on optimizing operations and expanding the company’s presence in new markets. His tenure as Representative in Paraguay for Smart Petroleum Tech LLC and his recent position as Representative of Agostar Group PLC in the MERCOSUR region have paved his reputation as an energy leader with a global perspective and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
