Juan Nicora

Juan Nicora is a senior executive with extensive experience in driving growth, transformation, and long-term value creation across the energy and consumer-facing sectors throughout the Americas. He brings deep expertise in general management, commercial strategy, operations, marketing, and public affairs, with a strong ability to guide organizations operating in complex and regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nicora has held senior leadership positions at leading global energy companies, including PETROBRAS and REPSOL. His experience spans executive leadership across Latin America, with responsibilities for multi-country commercial and retail operations and regional market expansion. He also served as General Manager of REPSOL’s Eg3 retail network in Argentina, leading large-scale operations and strategic expansion initiatives aligned with long-term corporate objectives.

Mr. Nicora holds degrees in Law, Business Administration, and Accounting from the University of Buenos Aires and has completed executive postgraduate programs in Advanced Management and International Marketing at INSEAD in France. His leadership experience encompasses corporate governance, risk management, and the development of high-performing executive teams.

As a Board Member and Chief Marketing Officer, Mr. Nicora contributes to corporate strategy, growth initiatives, and international partnerships. He also supports activities in nature-based assets and emerging environmental markets, focusing on connecting underlying assets with commercially viable platforms and long-term value creation.
