Francisco Miralles

Francisco Miralles is an American banker with over 30 years of experience in international financial services. Throughout his career, he has developed deep expertise across corporate finance, commodity trading, structured finance, and trade finance, with a strong track record in managing complex, large-scale relationships across the energy and industrial sectors. He has overseen loan portfolios exceeding $10 billion, demonstrating his ability to structure and manage sophisticated transactions and significant institutional exposures.

Mr. Miralles has held senior leadership roles at leading global financial institutions, including Bank of America and Dresdner Bank (now part of Commerzbank), as well as positions within multilateral banks and private investment platforms across the United States, Latin America, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom. This international experience has provided him with a comprehensive perspective on global financial markets and cross-border transactions.

He holds dual degrees in Business Administration and International Business from Florida International University.
